Welcome



Mark Macpherson was born in Melbourne, Australia. He studied at Monash University, Melbourne and Auckland University, New Zealand where he received an MSc in Physics. After living for a time on the East Coast of the USA and also in London, he returned to Australia where he now lives.

He has had careers: as a research scientist; as a software designer and consultant; as a Managing Director; and as a farmer of alpacas. He lives with his wife, a barrister at the Melbourne bar, and two late-teenage children on an Alpaca farm on the Mornington Peninsula, south of Melbourne, Australia.

He is currently studying for a PhD degree in Archaeology.

His interests include: surfing, running, swimming, reading, vintage guitars and following the golf career of his son.

His latest novel At the end of the world, is the third novel in the linked series of five.
