Danni began training unable to complete a sustained 30 minute training session. Here’s what she was able to complete 3 times through after a few months training with me.

Here’s Danni deadlifting 50kg, also after a few months of training. And she’s been able to consistently lose weight and keep it off, by eating correctly and exercising correctly. I’m so proud of her achievements!
