Here’s a sample circuit for an advanced exercise enthusiast:
12 Landmine Plyometric Lunges
12 (light) rotational slams
6 (heavy) front slams
4 BOSU T jumps
12 feet elevated fitball push-ups
10E 1 arm KB swings
5 (light) clean to overhead press
6E pistol squats
6E 1 arm DB snatch
10E sideways KB swings
Notice how many of the exercises include sideways and rotational movements? I don’t expect many people to be able to perform this circuit but there are many regressions to these exercises (that will be appropriate for anybody) that will assist in strengthening all the primal movement patterns.
